Folic Acid & Healthy Pregnancy

Before having Isabelle, I did a lot of research on healthy pregnancy diet and thanks to that I knew how important it is to take folic acid before getting pregnant as well as when being pregnant. According to a BBC News article, women often do not begin taking folic acid until they are already pregnant, which can be sometimes too late to prevent spina bifida. Recently I came across a product called Femibion, a supplement created to provide you with all the nutrients you need for a healthy pregnancy, contains Metafolin® , which women can absorb much more easily. Iodine, key B vitamins and vitamin C and E are all included in a daily capsule which is small and easy to swallow (ideal if you have been suffering from morning sickness).
